    – The primary purpose of collecting your information is to Evaluate your health-related needs, Recommend appropriate treatment options, and Provide therapy and related healthcare services
    – We use your information to communicate with you, schedule appointments, and maintain records of your treatment.

    – If we believe you may be at risk of harming yourself or others, we may need to take action to ensure safety, which may include contacting family members or authorities.

    – If you file a complaint or lawsuit against us, we may disclose relevant information to defend ourselves.

    – Under normal circumstances, no persons outside of this practice, including your parents and other officials, will be given any information (even the fact that you have been to counseling) without your prior written consent.

    – You have the right to access, review, and request changes to your counseling records.
    – You can file a complaint regarding the privacy of your records by contacting the Privacy Officer at hi@srishtisharma.com.

  7. Changes to Privacy Policy
    – This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. You will be notified of any significant changes.
